Subscription test automation · Playwright

We build and maintain your test automation —
so quality scales with you.

ScaleQA is a test-automation team on subscription for Playwright. Send us the flows your team tests by hand; we deliver clean, robust coverage as pull requests in your repo. As you ship, selectors drift and DOMs change — we handle that automatically, so your engineers stay focused on real regressions, not broken locators. Your code, your repo, never a black box.

01 What we do

The done-for-you automation team that scales your coverage.

Done for you

An automation team built to scale your product — without breaking quality.

Send us the flows your team tests by hand. Our automation engineers turn them into clean, ultra-robust Playwright — integrated into your CI/CD and delivered as pull requests, with ongoing maintenance so they stay covered as you ship faster. When a deploy renames a selector or refactors the DOM, we fix it automatically and open a PR — so your pipeline only goes red when there's a real problem in the app, not because someone changed a class name. One monthly subscription. No long contracts, no junior-developer outsourcing.

How we fit in

We don't replace your QA. We scale the part that doesn't.

Your QA engineer knows your product. They're in your standups, they run exploratory testing, they decide what's worth testing. That belongs inside your team — and it stays there. What we take off their plate is the part that quietly never gets done under deadline pressure: turning those test flows into robust, maintained automation.

Cheaper than an automation hire

A dedicated automation engineer is expensive and hard to hire. Asking your manual QA to "also automate" means it gets done slowly — and dropped first when the roadmap heats up. We're the third option: keep the cheaper, product-embedded human context in-house, and outsource only the specialized execution.

Shift-left stays intact

Quality never leaves your team. Your QA still decides what to test, exploratory testing stays in-house, and everything we build lands as pull requests in your repo. We're not pulling quality out into a black box — we're making sure the automation actually gets built, and stays green.

Don't hire — or burn out — an automation engineer. Keep your QA doing what they do best, and let us turn their test flows into robust Playwright in your repo. Cheaper than an automation hire. More scalable than asking one person to do both.
How ScaleQA fits into your team Your QA engineer and your repo stay inside your team, with shift-left intact. Your QA hands off structured test flows (Gherkin / Definition of Ready) to ScaleQA's specialized automation team, which delivers the work back as pull requests into your repo and CI. INSIDE YOUR TEAM — SHIFT-LEFT INTACT Your QA engineer (stays) Joins standups · runs exploratory testing Decides what to test Writes test flows (Gherkin) Your repo & CI Pull requests land here Code stays yours Suite stays green Structured handoff Gherkin / Definition of Ready Delivered as Pull Requests into your repo & CI ScaleQA Specialized automation team • Robust Playwright • CI/CD integration • Ongoing maintenance • Self-healing Cheap, embedded human context stays in. Specialized execution comes from us — cheaper than an automation hire, more scalable than asking one person to do both.
It works because the handoff is clean: your team gives us test flows in a simple structured format; we give back working, maintained pull requests. You keep ownership — we keep your suite green.

We go deep where a bad deploy costs the most.

Generic QA treats every app the same. We don't. We specialise in the platforms where a single broken flow means money lost by the minute — or a regulator's attention:

Start free · Autonomous QA

Point Scout at a URL. Get a bug report in minutes.

ScaleQA Scout is an autonomous QA agent that explores your web app and finds real bugs — no test scripts, no maintenance. It navigates step by step from what it sees on screen, and hands you a structured report of every step it took and every bug it found.

  • Explores autonomously — clicks, types, scrolls and navigates like a user
  • Detects JS errors, HTTP failures and console warnings in real time
  • Re-probes your app's API calls without credentials — exposing broken authorization
  • Cross-session path registry — never repeats the same flow twice
  • A test-case report per step: action, signals detected, outcome

No Selenium selectors to maintain. No flaky tests to debug. It's the fastest way to see what we'd find in your app — and how a free coverage audit starts.

Free on-ramp

Already running Playwright? Start free.

The same self-healing technology that keeps our Hub work green is available as a standalone GitHub App — free. If you already have a Playwright suite, install it on a repo: when a deploy breaks a selector, it finds the element the test was after and opens a pull request with the fix. Selectors only, never your test logic.

Selectors only — never your test logic.

It rewrites the broken locator and nothing else. Your assertions and flows are never touched.

No garbage PRs.

It only opens a pull request when the new locator provably resolves to exactly one element.

Built differently on purpose.

Your code, your repo — not a black box.

We don't ask you to migrate your tests into our platform. You keep your repo, your CI, your code style. We work as pull requests you review — standard Playwright, fully portable, yours to keep.

We never paint green what should be red.

Most tools optimise for a passing pipeline. We classify every failure first: selector drift, we fix; an environment that's down, we flag as infra; anything that looks like a real regression, we refuse to touch and tell you. We never hide a real bug to make a build pass.
